Hey everyone! 

Short update today for Silicon Valley. It seems the queue for the assembly was much longer than we anticipated. We are still on track and will expect to have all the games to you on time but will need to touch base again in October with a new status update. We apologize for the lack of information, we do have a new review from Chris, from Board Again Games, and we encourage everyone to check out his honest review below!

Hi everyone! 

Another quick update for Silicon Valley! We appreciate the support for this project, and I'm happy to announce that printing is complete! The next step for us will be to send it all to our facility where they will begin assembling the games. We expect to have a full update in September with photos and a timeline for containers and shipping! We are very pleased with this campaign's progress. If everything stays on course,  we should be able to deliver sooner than March of 2023!

Hi everyone! 

Just a very short update for you all, in this case, no news is really the best news as so far we are smooth sailing with the progress made for Silicon Valley! The files are undergoing final review before heading to the printer, once they are at the printer I'll be able to ask our production team for some great photos of the impressive stacks of punchboard, and components the factory makes! I'll have that included in our next update for you all :)

Pledge Manager Closes Tomorrow!

Pledge Manager

As a reminder, we'll be closing the pledge manager for Silicon Valley tomorrow, June 17th!

The pledge manager will still be open for address changes so don't worry if you plan to move soon, but after tomorrow you won't be able to add any extra goodies to your order.

Tickets and the Website

Some of you may have noticed that our website is currently down. This is just an issue we're having with the host and should be fixed soon.

In the meantime, you can use Matagot's websites to post tickets as they use the same software as us and have enabled tickets to be pushed through to the Grail team while we get this resolved.

Launching the Pledge Manager!

Hello, entrepreneurs! 

Our pledge manager is going live today/tomorrow! We just launched the smoke test which goes out to a small percentage of backers and will hit the full launch tomorrow for everyone after making sure everything looks good on the smoke test.

Over the next two days, everyone will receive an email invite to fill in their surveys (please check the email address associated with your Kickstarter account - including any spam folders). We'll be using BackerKit for our pledge managers and they send out invites slowly over 48 hours so don't panic if it isn't there just yet.

You will have just over a month to provide us with your shipping details and choose any extras you want to add to your order. If you move after this time, you will still be able to edit your address after the May 16th cut-off.

For those new to Backerkit we've created a quick walkthrough:

> Welcome Screen

This is where you’ll be able to select the country in which your game will Ship or Switch your Pledge Level (If you backed at $1 for Example).

Just click on the blue text just under "Your Pledge Level" and you can select any of the pledges from the drop-down menu.

Click "Get Started" to continue, or "switch your pledge level" to do that.

> Questions

In this section, you'll choose which language your pledge to be in. You'll be able to add more copies in the next step and choose a different language for each one if you want.

> Add-Ons

In this part of the Pledge Manager, you’ll be able to add additional items to your pledge such as extra copies of Silicon Valley or the upgrade materials.

You’ll see your shipping fees here which will increase depending on which extras you chose. Shipping is weight-based so the costs will be dependent on the weight of your item.

If you live in a country where VAT is applicable you’ll also see VAT fees here. Please note that VAT is based on the amount charged for the items and shipping.

Then there is the “Shipping" section where you’ll have to fill in all your details so we can ship your games to you as soon as Silicon Valley is printed and ready! All there is left to do is click “Next” and confirm your Pledge.

Closing of the Pledge Manager/Late Pledge

The pledge manager will be closing its doors on June 17th

BUT the surveys will still be editable for a few months after that, so if you move, etc., you will be able to use the link in your emails to return to the pledge manager and edit your address, etc., for some time.

You can also return to your pledge manager any number of times until June 17th to change your items if you change your mind :)
